Welcome Week at Purdue University     

What am I gonna do after arrival at airport? 
Where will I stay? How to find my apartment, bank, and bookstores? 
Where to buy food? How to register my courses?   
Just a few of of hundreds of questions and lots of uncertainty after new international students' arrival.

IS is planning, with joint efforts from other local partners, for the arrival picking-up and the welcome weeks for students coming to Purdue University. Special thank goes to Willowbrook West, one of the largest student housing providers. Don't worry about above questions, we help you solve them all. IS presents you the following free services.

1. Picking up at Indianipolis Airport.
Our shuttle bus picks you up at the airports and drives you to the university (about 1.5 hour driving). Our volunteers start to answer your 100 questions.
Dates: Aug. 4th through Aug. 10th

2. Free Overnight Stay at Willowbrook West.
See more information about the houses at Willowbrook West website. IS will also assist students in processing their leases at Willowbrook West before arrival. Please contact is@ucbsc.com for assistance.

3. City Orientation:
We will help you in opening bank accounts, shopping, course registration, and etc. If you have any suggestion or particular request, please post post your message at IS New Student Forum.

How to apply for the Picking-up and Free Stay at Willowbrook:
1. IS membership is recommended, but not required.  You are welcome to apply the IS membership here.

2. Send email to is@ucbsc.com with the following information.
   1): Name;
   2): Your university ID;
   3): Requested free stay dates:
   4): Your flight information (for airport picking up):
   5): Major and program (MS or Ph.D.);
   6): Email address;
   7): Your home country address and phone numbers;
